Return Policy
New policy effective 12.12.09: Since you can not try our items on virtually (yet!), you may return any item for any reason for a store credit. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped to you and must be returned within 30 days from delivery. To make a return, please e-mail us at Returns@TraTutti.com for a Return Request Form. Items can not be accepted without a Return Request Form. You will not be reimbursed for shipping and handling. All clearance items are final sale. If an item that was shipped with tags is not returned with tags still in place, credit will not be given.

Domestic Shipments
All orders are shipped via USPS within 5-10 business days of purchase. A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped. Buyer agrees to pay shipping and handling fee upon checkout.

International Duties and Taxes
All international orders will be shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and the shipping option selected.

Due to customs, all international shipments will list the value of merchandise on the outside of the package. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Once we have accepted your order and shipped the product, there will be no refunds and can not accept returns.

Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.

In order to serve our valued international customers better, we are constantly re-evaluating our international shipping options in order to provide all our customers with the best service worldwide. Please continue to check our website for updates in the international shipping area. Tra Tutti reserves the right to change its international shipping charges and policies at any time.

Payments
We accept payment thru credit card through our secure shopping cart. We do not accept money orders, personal checks or certified checks at this time, nor do we accept "phone in" credit card charges.

Liability of Consignment:
Tra Tutti makes all effort to sell and care for all consignments. However, all consignments are left at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for loss by theft, fire, water, handling, or any other cause. Consignors will maintain their own insurance during consignment period.

Indemnification:
If any item consigned for resale to the public is found to be counterfeit and Tra Tutti is found liable for the sale of the counterfeit item, or if Tra Tutti incurred any liability from such an item, the consignor agrees to indemnify Tra Tutti for any damages that Tra Tutti may have or may perhaps assume.
